Shipping information

Available shipping methods, charges, and current delivery information are shown during checkout or in your order confirmation when available. Delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, and product availability.

After placing an order, contact Pawye Support promptly if the delivery address needs attention. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Order resolution

We do not offer routine returns for preference changes or items that are no longer wanted. Please review product photos, options, dimensions, materials, and use notes before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clearly missing part, contact Pawye Support within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Depending on the verified issue, available remedies may include a replacement, a partial refund, or store credit or discount accepted by the customer. The appropriate resolution depends on the order and the evidence provided.

Cancellation requests are reviewed when received. An order may not be cancellable after it has entered processing or shipment.
